Yesterday we had a great pleasure of organizing a Farewell reception in honor of Mark Brzezinski, U.S. Ambassador to Poland U.S. Embassy Warsaw for the AmCham Board & Staff.
The event was organized at the beautiful Paderewski suite, courtesy to our friends from the Hotel Bristol, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Warsaw. The guests included representatives of AmCham Board, Staff Members & the U.S. Embassy representatives. Ambassador Brzezinski was accompanied by his partner, Olga Leonowicz.
The evening opened with a great performance of the U.S. national anthem by the Polish singer Klaudia Kowalik accompanied by piano.
The official part featured speeches from Marta Poslad, AmCham Chairwoman and Tony Housh, AmCham Board Member and former AmCham Chairman.
Ambassador Brzezinski in his speech thanked AmCham for the great cooperation to the benefit of U.S.-Polish relations and the U.S. investment community in Poland during his 3 years mission in Poland.
Mark Brzezinski - AmCham Honorary Chairman, a great statesman and diplomat and a big fan of Poland has undoubtedly been one of the most active and hard working U S. Ambassadors ever.
Thank you, Mr. Ambassador for your excellent service in Poland! It was a real honor and pleasure to have worked with you through all these years! We wish you all the success and all the best in your future endeavors!
