Dear AmCham Friends,

My name is Mariusz Wawer. In AmCham, represents 3M, one of the largest US investors in Poland, who located its Global Manufacturing Center, BPO and R&D center here.

For many years I have been actively engage in AmCham activities and cooperates with the Team and AmCham Members. It resulted in my deep understanding of AmCham operations, as well as priorities & needs of Members.

As Chair of the Sustainability Committee at AmCham for last 5 years I had opportunity to cooperate with most of You on topics related to energy transformation, green manufacturing & ESG regulations.

These are hundreds of insightful conversations during which I had the opportunity to learn what is important for US companies in Poland.

Today I am running for the Board of Directors of AmCham to bring my experience and commitment to the dialogue between business & Government, and all economic and regulatory topics which are important to us!

As a member of the Senior Leadership Board in 3M CEE and Head of Governmental Affairs, every day I am responsible for strategic relations with representatives of public administration, government agencies and opinion leaders.

I understand what elements are crucial for US companies to invest and develop their presence in Poland.

I know that the challenges and opportunities we face every day help us to improve the economic and regulatory ecosystem in Poland.
