Dear Members of the American Chamber of Commerce in Poland,

It is with great enthusiasm and respect for AmCham’s contribution to the development of Polish-American business relations that I submit my candidacy for membership of the Board of Directors. I am eager to contribute my expertise to furthering AmCham’s mission.

I am a partner with Enterprise Investors – the oldest and one of the largest private equity firms in Central and Eastern Europe and a member of AmCham since the latter’s foundation. Active since 1990, Enterprise Investors has raised ten funds which have invested EUR 2.3 billion in 157 companies. Poland accounts for approximately three-quarters of all our investments. We invest in fast-changing industries such as consumer products and services, IT, financial services and healthcare. We pride ourselves on having contributed to Poland’s economic transformation and – having established five banks and conducted 35 IPOs – to laying the foundations for its capital markets. Through our investments we have created thousands of jobs, and our portfolio companies service millions of customers.

I also have the privilege of serving as a vice president and ESG Committee chairman of the Polish Private Equity and Venture Capital Association, and am a member of the Mid-Market Council of Invest Europe (pan-European PE association). I would be honored to commit my experience and efforts to advancing the impact of AmCham, just as I have in these organizations.
