As a candidate for the AmCham Poland Board, I bring nearly 15 years of pharmaceutical expertise and a strong commitment to improving health outcomes in Poland. My leadership experience spans regions including Africa, the Netherlands, and Poland, equipping me with the adaptability and broad perspective needed to tackle complex challenges. Currently, as Managing Director of MSD Poland, one of the largest biopharmaceutical companies globally and locally, I have successfully led partnerships and implemented innovative strategies to advance healthcare solutions.

My leadership style combines strategic vision with a people-focused approach, fostering collaboration and valuing diverse perspectives. This mindset is crucial in advocating for Poland’s healthcare system. As an engaged partner with AmCham and the US Embassy since my arrival in Poland, I am well-positioned to represent US investors in Poland on the AmCham Board, promoting policies and partnerships that enhance health and well-being for Polish citizens.

As a dynamic leader, I am dedicated to building bridges between industries, government, and communities to ensure Poland remains competitive while prioritizing public health. My focus on strengthening public-private partnerships and driving sustainable healthcare initiatives aligns with AmCham’s mission. Serving on the board, I will work collaboratively with members to address Poland’s evolving market needs and foster a healthy, innovative, and inclusive business environment.
