I’m an M&A and special situations lawyer, working in Poland for almost my entire professional career. My Polish partners and I set up DeBenedetti Majewski Szcześniak in 2004 after leaving an international firm and have been members in AmCham right from the start.

We have a great practice advising U.S. and other investors on their investments, sales, and issues in Poland.

My practice is going well, and so I have the time and energy to devote to the AmCham board.

I’ve proven that I can add value to AmCham in my first term, taking part in redrafting the corporate documents, co-founding Corporate Aid for Ukraine, and responding to every request I receive such as pushing the defense committee to speak to all members some of the time.

These will be important years in Poland, the United States and AmCham, given all the changes afoot, and it’s time for experienced professionals to be at AmCham’s helm.

I have the experience, the expertise, and the willingness to work hard in this time of change.
