Dear AmCham Members,

It has been privilege for me to serve as Board Member at AmCham in Poland for the past 2 years. During this time, American investments have played a pivotal role in Poland’s economic development. Together, we’ve achieved significant milestones and reconfirmed the commitment of American businesses to Poland. We also showed solidarity for our Ukrainian colleagues during their hardest time.

American investments in Poland are a testimony of Poland’s talent and entrepreneurial spirit.  They send a clear message that doing business in Poland is safe and sound.  As we all know, for investments to flourish the environment needs to be fair and predictable, and an open dialogue with key stakeholders is important.  This is what we want to bring to our members at AmCham.  We want to help navigate the business environment during uncertain times.  I would be honored to continue contributing to this mission.

I am the Citi Country Officer for Poland and CEO of Citi Handlowy. Citi has an important investment in Poland, employing 10,000 people and this makes Poland the second largest footprint for Citi in Europe.  At the same time, Citi is one of the largest American investments in the country.  I have 30 years of banking experience at Citi,  in different countries and Regions.  During this time, I served in the Board of AmCham in Switzerland and Ecuador.

I strongly believe I can bring valuable insights to all our members and continue to foster governance within the organization.
