At the request of the U.S. Embassy, we have compiled in one document the most important postulates of American investors in Poland covering, in particular, pharmaceutical, energy, manufacturing, and digital sectors. We placed the greatest emphasis on issues of the digital economy, highlighting the challenges of public policies and regulations regarding cyber security, artificial intelligence, data flows, and development of digital competencies.
