On behalf of AmCham Tax & Financial Services Committee, we invite you to a meeting Changes in VAT – New Requirements and Challenges for Business. Our speaker will be Mr. Przemysław Skorupa, Tax Director at Deloitte and we will discuss:
1. VDEK – a revolution in VAT reporting (new VAT return; additional requirements in VDEK; potential consequences of non-compliance with new provisions);
2. White list of taxpayers (scope of the new list, potential consequences of non-compliance with new provisions);
3. Split payment mechanism (introduction, the scope of the mandatory split payment mechanism; potential consequences of non-compliance with new provisions);
4. Changes of VAT rates – new matrix (mechanism of changes; goods and services affected by the change, binding rate information);
5. International transactions - quick fixes (call of stock, chain transactions, document requirements for 0% VAT rate).
