Businesses competing in the fast-paced marketplace must embrace digital information, modern technologies, and cybersecurity. The innovation of technologies and new business processes transform cybersecurity from merely managing the risk into giving the business a competitive advantage to drive business growth and consumer loyalty.
On behalf of the AmCham Digital Economy Committee, we invite you to a meeting (moved from Apr. 14) entitled How to create a safe space of innovation through cyber-security? Our speaker will be Mr. Wojciech Pawlak, Director of NASK, the national research institute whose mission is to develop and implement solutions that facilitate the development of Poland's information and communication networks. Supervised by the Ministry of Digital Affairs, the institute is engaged in various activities combining business with science. Its research involves Artificial Intelligence, Big Data analysis, and critical importance projects to the country's digital transformation like Electronic Documentation Management or Polish Education Network, among others.
We will discuss:
- What are the main challenges, opportunities, and NASK recommendations for proper technology management (i.e., AI, 5G) in the context of cybersecurity requirements, especially in the COVID-19 time?
- How could businesses be engaged in the process to ensure its effectiveness?
The meeting will take place on Tuesday, May 11, from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
