EVENT DETAILS
In the last few years, we have seen an unprecedented growth of transactions in the private rental sector (PRS). The sector is also becoming increasingly popular in Poland, and even the pandemic has not stalled its growth. Should institutional investors consider the Polish Residential Market? What are trends and perspectives for development in the near future?
On behalf of the AmCham Real Estate Committee, we invite you to a panel entitled Apartments for rent (institutional landlords) – booming sector of real estate in Poland. Our speakers will be representatives from our member companies, and we will discuss:
- Construction of rental housing on commercial/residential lots, tenants' rights protection;
- How to effectively manage (properly maintained) rental buildings – examples from mature markets;
- Investment perspective – how this new real estate asset coming to market is perceived by potential investors?
- From ownership to use – is this a global trend? Will the community of tenants be an attractive target group for companies?
Our speakers will be Ms. Magdalena Szwarc-Brozyna, Partner, Dentons; Mr. Jan Trybulski, Vice President Investments, Griffin Real Estate and Ms. Mira Kantor-Pikus, Partner, Cushman & Wakefield. The panel will be moderated by Mr. Jarek Bator, Head of New Business, Echo Investment.
