At the start of his career, he worked in the aerospace industry (Alenia Aerospace). Afterward, he went into the automotive sector (company part of the FCA group).
In 2001, he joined Indesit SpA (MDA industry), where he held roles with increasing responsibilities.
In 2008, he decided to move to Poland, joining the structures of Indesit in Lodz.
First, he was Cooking Plant Director, then Cooling Plant Director.
In 2012, he took on the responsibility for start-up projects (i.e., two new factories in Lodz).
In 2013, he became the Site Industrial Manager for Lodz and its four plants.
After Whirlpool acquired Indesit at the end of 2015, he led and managed the LEM (Legal entity merger). The merger between two Polish companies: Whirlpool Polska and Indesit Polska, was the most significant legal merger in Whirlpool EMEA from a managerial, technical and legal point of view. The process was completed with success formally in April 2018. On that day, he was appointed Chairman of The Board of Directors at Whirlpool Polska Sp. Z o.o.
Since 2020, he is the Senior Director of Operations and Supply Chain of North Area (Poland, Slovakia, and the UK) and Chairman of Whirlpool Polska.
The role consists of the general management of operations and the supply chain of multi-country and multi-factories industrial manufacturing complexes.
The Area North Cluster comprises three sites in Poland, one location in Slovakia, and one factory in the UK.
North Area employs more than 8,000 people, of which 6,000 in Poland.
