The “Experience Economy”, we all live in now,  is the idea that products and services can compete by creating an experience that customers value. In the economy, where many products and services have become a commodity, experience is a valuable competitive advantage. On Sept. 19, AmCham organized the third meeting in a series of Digital Education Workshops by Deloitte Experience Design Process – How Can It Be Used to Leverage your Business. Our speaker was Mr. Wiesław Kotecki, Experience Design Director of Deloitte and we discussed Experience Economy characteristics and design process, key business metrics in the Experience Economy and how to leverage business with design process in the Experience Economy, based on selected case studies.
