The aim of our October Monthly Meeting was to present more details of the Poland – U.S. Innovation Program (PLUS-IP) and to provide a forum for networking and information. Companies interested in innovation, R&D, business-academia cooperation, commercialization, investment should be particularly interested to learn more about the inititive and how they can get involved.
PLUS-IP is a collaborative initiative between the U.S. Department of State and the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Poland. The goal of the program is to strengthen Poland’s innovation ecosystem through the nexus of government, business, and academia and by promoting innovation through U.S.- Polish joint ventures and joint research and development projects.
Speakers: Scott Nathan, Special Representative for Commercial and Business Affairs at the U.S. Department of Commerce, Włodzisław Duch, Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Science and Higher Education and Igor Ostrowski, Partner in the Warsaw office and Head of the TMT Sector Group at Dentons Europe.
