AmCham Kraków is the branch office representing Southern Poland and Upper Silesia, established in 1995. We organize events partly paralleling those of the main office in Warsaw, while others are catered to local needs.
AmCham Kraków cooperates with local governmental units, governors, special economic zones and universities to foster good relations and contribute to the improvement of the investment climate in the region. We are an active member of the local community representing the needs of our members.

OUR MAIN ACTIVITIES

AmCham Council

The AmCham Council consists of the presidents and general managers of our largest members in the region. The Council meets to discuss current problems and needs, labor market trends and other issues vital to our members' presence in the region. The AmCham Council also meets local authorities who have the authority over investment related issues.

Events dedicated to investment-related subjects.

Outsourcing and Hi-tech Committee

The Committee provides a platform for discussing, identifying and overcoming common issues and problems related to SSC/BPO) and High Tech operations.

HR Council

The HR Council consists of HR managers and HR directors of our largest member companies in the region. The council provides a platform for discussing recruitment, labor market trends, compensation, labor laws and regulations, employee motivation as well as many other HR subjects and issues.

Fireside

Meetings with outstanding individuals to gain insight into a wide spectrum of topics.

Business Mixers

Since “all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy”, we organize business mixers allowing our members to socialize, network and have fun in a relaxed atmosphere with music, great food and spirit lifting drinks.
