On behalf of the CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Committee, we invite you to a meeting on Diversity Management Policy on Tuesday, February 16 at 10:00 a.m. in the AmCham Boardroom (Warsaw Financial Center, ul. Emilii Plater 53, 14th floor).

During the meeting we will discuss instruments necessary to build a system that works for all employees despite differences such as: age, sex, disabilities, culture and religion. We will listen to the benefits of managing diversity and will also learn about the best practices from membership companies: PricewaterhouseCoopers and Telekomunikacja Polska.

Our guests will be Magdalena Gryszka, Office of the Government Plenipotentiary for Equal Treatment and Mirella Panek Owsiańska, FOB (Responsible Business Forum) Chairman.

We especially encourage CSR and HR experts to attend this meeting to learn more on how to make optimal use of employees' different capabilities in order to reach their full potential.
