The Wrocław Agglomeration Development Agency (ARAW) was launched in 2005 as a partnership between eight local governments of the Wrocław agglomeration and then further enlarged by five more local authorities of the region. ARAW works to stimulate economic growth and entrepreneurship by attracting hi-tech and new investments to the region.
