Corporate Membership: open to companies incorporated in the United States, partially owned by US companies, and international companies with a presence in both the US and Poland. Annual fee is PLN 6500 paid in US$ according to the NBP's daily average rate.

Individual Membership: available to any US citizen engaged in business in Poland, providing their company or employer is not eligible for corporate membership. Annual fee is PLN 1,500 paid in US$ according to NBP's daily average rate.
